Account Management

Our clients are provided with a main contact for all their queries.

Account Managers are there to support you with your everyday questions and provide you with advisory services when needed. It is our goal to respond to all questions within 24 hours of receipt, even if this is with a holding response to update you.

Business owners are provided with the mobile of their account manager to contact out of normal working hours, as we understand that many business owners work around the clock. General questions and time on the phone are not billed separately and are included in the overall package.

Whilst you will be provided with one contact for consistency you will also be introduced to specialists to support you with more specific advice. Our client relationship structure has been set-up in this way to develop a strong relationship with one individual whilst providing an expert level of advice.
